Warranty of Products
3 Years Limited Warranty
The Kangli packaging machine Systems carry a three years limited product warranty to the original purchaser beginning upon the date of installation or ninety (90) days after shipment from the factory, whichever comes first. This warranty covers the KL-450 Automatic Covering Machine, KL-V6 Cardboard Notching Packing Machine,KL-1100-2 Box &Case Grooving Packing Machine and KL-V6/V9 Case &Box
Notching Packing Machine(exclusive of foundation and wiring). During the warranty period
Kangli will repair or replace, at its' option, defective components or assemblies.
Kangli will also pay one-way shipping charges.
This limited warranty does not cover:
1) equipment, materials, or supplies not manufactured by Kangli;
2) Kangli equipment that has been modified or altered without prior factory approval;
3) Damage or loss of function by breaching the introduction of operated;
4) Repairs performed by other than authorized Kangli service personnel;
5) Force majeure incidents/ acts;
6) Incidental or consequential damages.
